At the heart of Elevated Cognition Pvt. Ltd. is Aparna Sharma - a passionate mental wellness advocate, life coach, and educator dedicated to creating emotionally healthier communities across India. Her journey began from her own lived experiences with anxiety, burnout, and digital overwhelm. What started as personal healing soon became a larger mission to help others reclaim emotional balance and mental clarity. With a background in law and a deep commitment to emotional well-being, Aparna brings a unique blend of structured thinking and heartfelt insight to her work. She has spent years exploring the science of well-being, Indian mindfulness practices, and human behaviour to build practical tools that support everyday mental resilience. Through Elevated Cognition, she has designed and led transformative programs on emotional literacy, student wellness, and workplace clarity, reaching schools, colleges, and organisations across the country. Aparna’s pioneering work around Digital Fasting and preventive wellness is helping redefine how mental health is approached - proactively, compassionately, and without stigma. She firmly believes that mental wellness is a right, not a privilege, and continues to lead this movement with empathy, courage, and a vision for a more emotionally aware society.

Dr. K. Poddar is a trailblazing cognitive psychitect, whose work aligns deeply with UNICEF’s mission of child welfare and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). As the Head of the Department and Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Siliguri Institute of Technology and the Director of the KVRG Development Pvt. Ltd. ~ A think Tank, Dr. Poddar is dedicated to creating a world where mental health and societal well-being are prioritized as core elements of sustainable development. Dr. Poddar’s recent initiatives bridge the gap between mental health advocacy and sustainable societal practices. Through community-driven projects like Jaagrukta and SMILE, they have championed inclusive education (UNSDG 4), gender equality (UNSDG 5), and reduced inequalities (UNSDG 10). Their collaborations with grassroots organizations reflect a commitment to UNICEF’s goals of fostering safe, equitable, and supportive environments for children and youth.By combining interdisciplinary research, innovative behavioral interventions, and capacity-building workshops, Dr. Poddar addresses the psychosocial challenges faced by marginalized communities. Their work underscores the importance of mental health in achieving holistic development, echoing UNSDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and UNSDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). A passionate advocate for sustainable solutions, Dr. Poddar’s work not only empowers individuals but also inspires systemic change, ensuring that no one is left behind on the path to a healthier and more equitable future.

Strong, compassionate, and quietly resilient, Nita V. Vaghasia is the heart and foundation of her family. Born in Jetpur, Gujarat, she has journeyed across India alongside her husband, Vinodkumar H. Vaghasia, building a life rooted in love, sacrifice, and shared strength. A devoted homemaker, Nita has always embraced her role with grace. Whether through her delicious cooking, her beautiful knitting, or the way she nurtured her family through every season of life, she has given selflessly and loved endlessly. Her presence brings comfort, and her actions speak of care, empathy, and unwavering dedication. Her values are evident in everything she does - offering without asking, compromising without complaint, and showing kindness to all who cross her path. She believes deeply in compassion and sharing, and her warmth touches not just her loved ones but everyone she meets. Nita continues to inspire with her gentle strength, making a quiet yet lasting difference in the lives around her. Her story is a testament to the beauty of giving, the strength found in softness, and the power of a woman who chooses love, always.

Vinodkumar H Vaghasia was a man of humility, wisdom, and unwavering values. Born in the town of Dhoraji, Gujarat, he carried with him a spirit of simplicity and strength throughout his life. A gold medalist in academics, his pursuit of knowledge began at Army School Balachadi in Jamnagar and continued with a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Junagadh Agricultural University. He dedicated his professional life to GNFC, where he built a meaningful and respected career until his retirement. Beyond his work, he was a guiding light to many—devoted to teaching, encouraging education, and nurturing those around him with care and quiet strength. Vinodkumar was deeply loyal to his family and values. He believed in helping others selflessly and raised his children to stand strong and lead with integrity. He found joy in reading, watching thoughtful stories, and sharing wisdom through his actions more than words. Those who knew him remember not just what he accomplished, but how he lived—with compassion, generosity, and grace. His life remains an inspiration, and his memory a legacy of love, learning, and goodness.
